Preliminary Agreement Pt 2
To proceed to a Building Contract, a 2nd Preliminary Fee is payable. The 2nd Preliminary fee covers your costs to prepare the Building Contract and associated documents. This session provides a checklist of the documents required to proceed to the Building Contract Stage.
Templates available to download for this session include a Pre-Contract Agreement Acceptance form, a covering letter/email template and a New Home Building Guide – a further education tool to provide to the client.
