DRH Resources- Know What You Sell

In this section we cover the resources available to franchises to assist when it comes to showcasing all that David Reid Homes has to offer clients looking to build their dream custom home.  Knowing what you sell and being confident when explaining what you, as a custom builder can offer, is another opportunity for you to draw from your building expertise and show the client why they should choose David Reid Homes.  

There are 3 resources in this section of the module:

The DRH Plan Library – an on-line tool available to David Reid Homes franchises to provide inspiration and ideas for an extensive range of custom build projects.

The DRH Premium Inclusions booklet – this booklet showcases the premium inclusions available to clients – the superior range of inclusions is an excellent starting point for clients to select the level of quality finishes to suit their lifestyle and budget.               

The DRH Specifications document – not to be confused the with Premium Inclusions document – is detailed and comprehensive document outlining the specific processes and technical aspects of a custom home building project.   Explaining some of the specification components to clients will demonstrate your expertise as a custom home builder.   It is another tool to show the client the professional service you offer and your commitment to providing a quality-built custom home.
