Closing the Sale/ Pre-Contract Process

At this point you will be ready to provide a comprehensive fully costed New Home Proposal and working drawings to proceed to the Building Contract stage.   All of your diligence in previous stages to get to this point will have paid off.  

You are confident that what you are presenting to the client is in line with their design brief and budget.   The client will be confident in your expertise and ability to deliver their dream custom home project.   It is now time for the clients to sign the building contract and other final documents.
