The Mark-Up / Concept sketch will help to provide a clear design brief to the draftsman/ designer. This can be an effective tool during the sales process, particularly for those clients who do not have a clear understanding or firm ideas of what they are trying to achieve. This session provides a basic outline when preparing the mark-up/concept sketch.
