Preliminary Agreement 1

To begin the design process and provide a detailed New Home Proposal and cost analysis for a custom home building project, the client will need to pay a Preliminary Fee and sign a Preliminary Agreement.   The 1st Preliminary Fee covers the cost of the Soil Test, Contour Survey, a concept design meeting and concept design.   It is also important to cover your costs and time to provide a detailed cost analysis.  This session outlines each step of the Preliminary Agreement stage.
